Warranty Service Terms & Conditions

A returns authorisation is valid for 7 days only.

All items to be returned must be complete and in adequate packaging. The best solution would be to use the manufacturer's packaging that was originally supplied with the equipment. It is imperative that PC hardware is secured and well protected, ideally in its original box using the original polystyrene packaging to avoid damage in transit.

All products will be inspected for damage upon arrival with us. If items have been damaged in transit we will immediately inform you. No replacements will be given against damaged products. Such products will either be returned to you at your expense, or if possible repaired in our workshop at your expense and returned to you. Authorisation and/or an order number for the cost of the repair will be required prior to work being carried out and it should be noted that this could delay the return of the equipment.

If an advance replacement has been issued and the returned product is found to be damaged / not faulty, then an invoice will be raised to cover the replacement cost.

Core Projects & Technologies (UK) Limited will not be responsible for any loss or change to setup, data or programs, or for any fault that may occur to customer's equipment, components or systems whilst in our charge. Backup of data prior to the commencement of work is the customer's responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated, warranty covers hardware failure only. Software failures or corruptions are not covered, and Core Projects & Technologies (UK) Limited reserves the right to invoice the customer for any subsequent costs arising from software failure or corruptions.
