Core Projects & Technologies (UK)

Core Projects & Technologies (UK) Limited will not be responsible for any loss or change to setup, data or programs, or for any fault that may occur to customer’s equipment, components or systems whilst in our charge. Backup of data priory to the commencement of work is the customer’s responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated maintenance and warranties cover hardware failure only. Software failures or corruptions are not covered, and Core Projects & Technologies (UK) Limited reserves the right to invoice the customer for any subsequent costs arising from software failure or corruptions.

All requests for engineer attendance that are not covered by the terms of a current maintenance agreement or warranty will be charged at Core Projects & Technologies (UK) Limited standard rates. These are available on request.
