Return for Credit Terms & Conditions

The return must be started within 14 days of the invoice date.

The product must be unused, and all parts of the item must be returned in full.

The product must be properly packed. It must be in the manufacturer's packaging, unmarked and in reasonable condition. The product must also be returned in the original external packaging, with the Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number clearly displayed without marking the packaging.

The product must be a stock item and not built to order.

The product must be returned within 7 days from the issue of the RMA.
