Request for an Engineer to Attend Site

If you wish an engineer to attend site (whether under a maintenance agreement, to fulfill an on-site warranty, or as a payable incident) please complete the details below. When you submit the form, the information will be emailed to the Core Education Helpdesk.

Please note all details marked with * are mandatory. If any details are missing, it could delay the processing of the Call Out Request.

I understand that all call outs will be charged for, unless covered by the terms of a current maintenance agreement or warranty. Our rates for a qualified systems engineer are £170.00 for the first hour, which includes preparation, call out, attendance and labour, and then £70.00 per hour thereafter.
