Request for Return for Credit

Note for customers of Azzurri Communications: this site is now for support of Core Education products or education products bought from Azzurri before 28th September 2007. For ones bought after that time, please use the new Azzurri site and update any bookmarks. Thank you for your co-operation.

If you need to return a product for credit, please use the form below for your RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) request. (This is separate from our warranty service.) The Core Education Service Department will then provide you with an RMA number and any other information.

PC's, servers and laptops are not eligible to be returned for credit as they are built to order.

There is a 15% fee for this service to cover re-stocking, which will be deducted from the credit note. The following must also be met:

• The product is an Core Projects & Technologies (UK) Ltd stock item, and not built to order or ordered specifically.
• The on-line form (below) is used.
• The return is started within 14 days of the invoice date.
• The product is unused, and all parts of the item are returned in full.
• The product must be properly packed. It must be in the manufacturer's packaging, unmarked and in reasonable condition.
• The product must also be returned in the original external packaging, with the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the packaging.
• The product must be returned within 10 days from the issue of the RMA.
